SDKW1 intelligent air circuit breaker is applicable for distribution networks with frequency 50Hz, rated voltage AC380V, and rated current 630A~6300A. It can distribute electric energy, protect circuits, and keep electrical power units from overload, undervoltage, shot circuit and single phase earthing. This series of circuit breaker has several functions of intelligent protection and can selectively and precisely protect relative units, to avoid unnecessary power failure and improve power distribution reliability.

This circuit breaker conforms to standards of IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2.

Product introduction

Working conditions:
1. Surrounding air temperature: +40℃～-5℃; 24h average temperature: not higher than +35℃
2. Altitude: not higher than 2000m
3. Relative humidity: not higher than 50% at +40℃; higher humidity allowed if lower temperature; maximum average humidity of the most humid month: 90%, minimum average temperature of this month: +25℃, and taking into consideration of condensation on the surface of products because of temperature change
4. Pollution grade: III
5. Installation category: if rated working voltage is 660V and below, installation category is IV; if rated working voltage is 380V, the installation category of auxiliary circuit is III (except that the installation category of undervoltage tripper coils and power transformer primary coils are the same with that of the main circuit coils)

Remark: (1) Setting value cannot be crossed if the tripper has three-section protection.
(2) Minimum In of long delay can be 160A, which must be explained to clients in advance when clients place orders.
(3) If Inm is 3200A, setting value range of instantaneous time Ir3 is 1.0In~75kA.
(4) If Inm is 4000A and 6300A, setting value range of instantaneous time Ir3 is 1.0In~100kA.
