Mining Flameproof Movable Substation, Load Center, Transformer


Our company invests much on scientific research and has developed a new type of mining flameproof movable substation through close cooperation with Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, Hunan University and Shanghai Coal Research Institute. The main body is made up of over 4mm steel plates, with excellent flameproof performance. Transformer coils use NOMEX insulation material with paint immersed by VPI vacuum pressure, which can improve moisture resistance and decrease partial discharge. The iron core adopts high-quality and high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with advanced, compact and reliable structure.
 
This movable substation features high mechanical strength, high short-circuit resistance, high thermal shock resistance, fire resistance, no harmful gas, low noise, nice insulation performance, energy saving, high overload capacity and easy maintenance, which is applicable for underground coal mines.

Product introduction


1. Mining flameproof movable substation and mining flameproof dry-type transformer:
1). KBSGZY-50-3150/6-10 movable substation conforms to the new standards of GB8286-2005 “Mining Flameproof Movable Substation”. No-load loss of 6kV transformer is averagely decreased by 14% compared with that of old standards and on-load loss is averagely decreased by 8%. No-load loss of 10kV transformer is averagely decreased by 14%, on-load loss is averagely decreased by 11%, and no-load current and short circuit impedance are also decreased.
2). Mining flameproof movable substation consists of dry-type transformer, high voltage load switch or high voltage vacuum switch, and low voltage feeder switch or low voltage protection box. The combinations of switches has three modes: high voltage load switch + low voltage feeder switch, high voltage vacuum switch + low voltage feeder switch, and high voltage vacuum switch + low voltage protection box. High voltage load switch cannot be combined with low voltage protection box.
3). Number of phases, frequency and cooling method: three phases, 50Hz, and ANAN.

Working conditions:
1). Altitude: less than 4000m;
2). Ambient temperature: the highest temperature 40℃, maximum average daily temperature 30℃, maximum average annual temperature 20℃, the lowest temperature -5℃;
3). Relative humidity: less than 95% (at 25℃);
4). Mines in which have mixed gas (with methane), coal dust and explosion potential;
5). No severe bump or shaking, and gradient lower than 15°;
6). No gas or vapor that can corrode metals and destroy insulation;
7). No water dropping;
8). Waveform of power source approximate to sine wave;
9). Three-phase supply voltage: approximate symmetry.

2. Mining Flameproof Movable Load Center:
This load center integrates the intelligent high voltage vacuum distribution unit, multiplexed output dry-type transformer and low voltage combination switch. It can directly provide electricity to several sets of facilities in mines, which reduces the volume, decreases cable failure rate and benefits underground facility automation and standardization management.

Parameters:
1). High voltage side - rated voltage: 6kV or 10kV;
2). Low voltage side - rated voltage: 3450V, 1200V, 693V;
3). Rated frequency: 50Hz;
4). High voltage side - switch: 6kV or 10kV intelligent high voltage vacuum distribution unit;
5). Low voltage side - switch: combination switches;
6). Combination mode: channel 10 - output, channel 8 - power supply, double speed, channel 2 - lighting (127V) (any combination of different voltages)
7). Vacuum AC contactor: 3.6kV/400A, 1.14kV/400A
8). Protection mode: overcurrent, short circuit, earth leakage lockout, earth leakage protection, insulation monitoring, overvoltage, and loss of phase
9). Intelligent control: operation status and failure display, remote control standardized interface, digital transmission signal and Chinese & English menu display

3. Mining Oil-Immersed Transformer:
1). Mining oil-immersed transformer conforms to the standards of JB/T3955-2006 “Mining General Type Transformer”. No-load loss and on-load loss are averagely decreased by 10% compared with the standards.
2). Number of phases, frequency and cooling method: three phases, 50Hz, ONAN;
3). Mining transformer voltage and connection symbol:
Primary voltage (V): 6000±5% or 10000±5%, secondary voltage: 693/400 or 1200/693, connection symbol: Yy0(d11)
Remark: products with special requirements can also be supplied upon demands.

Working conditions:
1). Altitude: less than 4000m;

3). Relative humidity: less than 95% (at 25℃);
